A este punto de la ciudad se lo conoce como La Matriz. Este es uno de los principales atractivos del sitio, pues a su alrededor se encuentran cerca de 100 almacenes y talleres, donde se confeccionan todo tipo de artículos de cuero como botas, correas, bolsos, maletas, ropa, sillas de montar y adornos.
