Cuyabeno Lake

Description:

This dark colored lake is part of a system of approximately 14 interconnected lakes into the Cuyabeno faunistic reserve, the most visited of which are Grande Lake, Caimancocha, Patococha and Ant Ravine.This reserve which is especially well known for its wildlife and lakes systems counts a high number of animal species and 494 bird species, including the harpy eagle, an icon of birdlife in the zone.
