Architectonic and cultural space; this iconic building similar to the Inca temples, was conceived by Oswaldo Guayasamín (1919-1999), one of the most relevant artists that Ecuador has given; this is a space dedicated to the Latin American man, exhibiting at the same time important works of this recognized “Quiteño”.
