Seminario or Iguanas Park

Description:

It is one of the oldest parks in Guayaquil. It is also known as Bolivar Park, because it features an equestrian statue of Simon Bolivar. It has a colonial style and most locals refer to it as “Parque de las Iguanas” because of the abundance of land iguanas (1 meter, 3.3 feet long) that inhabit its small gardens. They are the main attraction of this park.
