Cotopaxi National Park
Description:
National Park, located in the border of the Pichincha and Cotopaxi provinces; Cotopaxi is also the name of the volcano inside this park.
This snow-caped mountain with an altitude of 5,897m (19,350 ft.) is the second highest volcano of the country and one of the highets active volcanoes of the world.
